Commercial Manager - Northern & Central Europe
Join Little Moons to grow our mochi brand across Benelux and the Nordics, building distributor partnerships and turning bold commercial plans into lasting regional growth.
Little Moons are bitesized, handheld balls of artisan gelato, cheesecake, and ganache wrapped in a soft and chewy rice flour dough to create a distinctive snack that’s bursting with flavour.
Their rollout has been pioneered by sister and brother duo Vivien and Howard Wong, who founded Little Moons in 2010. The product’s roots are in high‑end restaurants, but over the last decade, retail packs have swept the frozen and chilled snacking categories in grocery and food service.
Little Moons has rapidly established mochi, and frozen and chilled snacking, across the world. In 2025 we generated more than £50m revenue, and in 2026 we continue to drive towards high levels of growth. We are also a Certified B Corporation, which reflects our strong commitment to balancing profit and purpose. This certification means we are part of a global community of businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental impact, reinforcing our dedication to making a meaningful difference.
We are very proud of the culture that we have built at Little Moons. Not to stroke our own egos, but we are a great bunch of people, smart, passionate, interesting, and funny who work hard to support and live our values, all the while keeping our mission in our forethoughts.
The Role:
Ready to help take mochi to the masses? In this role, you'll team up with our Head of Sales – International / ROW to grow the Little Moons brand across Northern & Central Europe - our Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg) and Nordic (Norway, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Iceland) markets across retail and food service channels. We're after a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spark and the drive to accelerate our growth across the region. If you love a fast-paced, dynamic environment and want to make a tangible impact on a fast-growing, purpose-led brand, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage distributor and customer relationships across your Northern & Central Europe markets — Benelux and the Nordics to maximise growth.
Build strong commercial relationships with distributors and customers, including pricing, distribution, promotional plans and marketing investment.
Work closely with distributors and the marketing team to formulate and execute the regional trade marketing and events plan.
Identify growth opportunities and develop clear action plans to realise them across retail and food service channels.
Own the forecasting and financial management for your customers.
Contribute to the business's Sustainability strategy by delivering your Brighter Future Sustainability objectives.
What you'll bring:
Proven commercial experience within FMCG, ideally across retail and/or food service channels in European markets.
Experience managing international distributors and customers - building the relationships, pricing and plans that unlock growth.
A track record of growing a brand in new or developing markets (preferred) - you know how to turn white space into distribution and sales.
P&L ownership - comfortable managing forecasting, financials and delivery against targets for your customers.
Financially and commercially literate, with strong Excel skills to turn numbers into clear, actionable plans.
Excellent communication skills to build and manage relationships with distributors, customers and internal teams across marketing, ops and finance.
Language skills a bonus but not essential - Dutch or a Nordic language would be a brilliant plus given the patch, though English is what matters most.
